Katrina is a certified laser and Cryoskin technician with a passion for non-invasive therapies focused on pain relief and tissue regeneration. With a Master’s degree in Social Work and extensive training in physical education and yoga, she blends a mind-body approach to healing. Katrina continues to lead yoga classes in Dallas and combines her expertise in wellness and advanced therapies to help clients achieve pain-free living and overall well-being.

With over 20 years of experience, Dr. David Slater is a leader in family practice and integrative medicine, serving North Texas patients with a holistic approach to health. Heather Nelson

Heather began her career in the healing arts at Cooper Institute of Dallas in 2016, earning certifications in Personal Training (CPT) and Wellness & Nutrition (CPA, AED). Since joining Advanced Regeneration in 2018, she has become a key member of the team, specializing in Non-Invasive Laser Therapy. Heather’s extensive certifications in laser therapy include training from Phoenix-Thera Lase Systems (2018) and Cure Wave Lasers (2019). She is also a certified Cryoskin technician.

As the lead technician, Heather has developed deep expertise in High Intensity Laser Therapy (HILT), helping countless patients achieve full recovery. Her compassionate, nurturing approach ensures that every patient feels comfortable and cared for during their treatments, earning her the affectionate title of “Laser Goddess” among her clients.

Angelika

Angelika is a licensed massage therapist specializing in a results-driven blend of hands-on bodywork and advanced technology. Combining therapeutic massage with CureWave High-Intensity Laser Therapy and acoustic shockwave therapy, she creates customized treatment plans that target pain, inflammation, muscle recovery, and tissue regeneration.

Her clients come to her for relief from sciatic pain, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, scar tissue, and chronic muscle tightness — and leave with real, lasting results. Angelika also incorporates cupping, hot stone therapy, and stretching to support the body’s natural healing process from every angle. She talks with every client throughout the session, tailoring each treatment plan to their specific needs in real time.

An athlete herself, Angelika lives what she practices — staying active through weight training, yoga and meditation, and bringing that same discipline and energy into every session.

Fluent in both English and Russian, Angelika is passionate about helping clients move better, feel better, and recover faster.

After several tries with physical therapy and steroid injections I was discouraged about any treatment for bursitis in both hips and arthritis in my lower back. A friend heard about Advanced Regeneration laser therapy and thought it was worth a try.

After the 1st 45 minute session I noticed some relief immediately. I came to my 2nd session with high level of pain in my hip. After the treatment the pain was greatly improved. After 3 sessions my hips and back feel better than any other treatment. Try it!

I’ve been dealing with persistent lower back pain and pain radiating down my leg, likely related to piriformis syndrome and sciatica. It’s something that’s been affecting my daily comfort, and stretching on my own hasn’t been enough.

I went to Angelika for a session that included her hip release technique, deep tissue massage, and laser therapy. She is very knowledgeable and clearly understands how to work with these kinds of issues. The hip release work felt targeted and professional, and she explained what she was doing throughout the session, which I appreciated.

Angelika is a skilled and attentive massage therapist who takes her work seriously and focuses on the root of the problem. Even though this kind of pain can take time and multiple sessions to fully resolve, I felt like I was in good hands and would recommend her to anyone dealing with lower back pain, sciatica, or hip-related tension.

Angelika is a fantastic massage therapist 🥰I came to her with severe neck pain, shoulder pain, muscle spasms, and limited range of motion. She combined laser therapy with massage, and the results were excellent. The tension and spasms significantly decreased after a few sessions. Highly recommend her!

I was supposed to have back surgery in April and I canceled it because the pain that was radiating down down my legs is no longer there.. I love my laser treatments. It helped my shoulders too.

I have had sciatica for over 30 years and this is the first time that this Advanced regeneration has Help me with much much less pain than I’ve ever had. It takes at least 3 to 5 sessions to get better but then you should be able to go once a month to keep it up. I highly highly recommend this.

I had both a reverse shoulder surgery and the rotator cuff repair on my left shoulder this year. I went for physical therapy but progressed slowly. Katrina told me about this laser therapy and after 5 weekly laser therapy treatments, even my physical therapist saw the difference in my progress when she evaluated me. My surgeon was highly complimentary during my visit. He and the physical therapist said my “range of motion” was very very good.

I thank Katrina and two other therapists at the Rejuvenation office for my speedy recovery even at 72 years of age. I highly recommend this therapy.

A local Bodybuilder recommended me to try them as a last resort before I did surgery. I did a total of four sessions and it repaired everything in my shoulder as well as my chest. I may sound crazy, but I’m being honest They are a blessing because I was going to go back up under the knife to fix my shoulder and Tendance that is connected to my chest and today I don’t need surgery. All I need is to keep going to see them and eventually I will be held I was always against these type of things until I just experienced it for myself.

Katrina and her team are very professional and knowledgeable. Very friendly and they know their business. I’ve had pain in my left hip for years. I wanted to try to get some relief before a month long trip. I went to them every other day for 5 sessions. The laser treatment helped me tremendously and I was able to travel without any issues. After returning home, I am having a little pain again. Therefore, I am going back for maintenance, maybe once a month. Highly recommend!! Thank you!
